I painted this in the art of batik inspired by the stone carvings found at Newgrange one of Irelands many Megalithic tombs. I hand painted the spirals with wax defining the Celtic shapes and alowing the dye and paint to swirl and move around the scarf leaving lights and darks and watery textures through out.
This is a beautiful summery scarf perfect as an accesory for wedding outfits, adding splashes of colour to party dresses and neutral suits.
