This silk scarf is hand painted by Louise in the art of batik she uses hot wax as a resist to stop the dye soaking in certain areas, the Celtic spirals have been painted with wax and then colours added.
This scarf has a blend of lilac, yellow, chatreuse green and hints of pink and purple.
The size is 45 x 180 cm
The wax is removed from each scarf then washed and ironed leaving a beautifully soft and silky finish.
