A hand painted silk scarf done in shades of deep orange, brown, hints of olive and pale yellow
Size 45 x 180 cm
The deisgn is painted in the art of batik I use hot wax to paint the spiral this block dye soaking into certain areas of the scarf the delicate fine cracks appear through out the spirals adding beautiful lines of colour throuout.
The wax is removed and each scarf is hand washed to leave a silky smooth finish
